We gladly offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery or pick-up of sealed products with proof of purchase.

Refund & Exchange Policy
- Make sure you have your order number and check the date of your order to ensure your order is still eligible for refund and/or exchange (within 30 days of delivery or pick-up)
- Please contact us immediately and your item will either be exchanged or refunded
For whatever reason you’d like to cancel your order, please call us right away so we can fulfill that request. Keep in mind, that our shipping system is designed to get orders out as fast as possible, so we will try our very best to cancel your order before it’s shipped.
If your order has already shipped, contact us to arrange shipping it back. We will refund you the cost of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To return your order, you must ship it back to us
- Contact us to receive instructions on sending your order back to us (must be done within 30 days of delivery or pick-up)
- Item must be shipped within 30 days of delivery
- Once received, please allow 1-2 weeks, in addition to shipping time, for us to process your return
